SimpleForum Pro 4.6.2 has been released, those who have already purchased a previous version should find the new software in their mailboxes. If you haven't purchased your copy of SimpleForum Pro yet, you can do so here.

This update restricts the allowed filetypes to be used as attachments in your messages for increased security. You can adjust the filetypes that you want people to be able to upload in the Admin settings.

This is a small update which resolves a backwards compatibility issue where some users weren't able to login anymore after upgrading from SF Pro 4.5 to 4.6.

A beta version of the upcoming SimpleForum 4.6 has been put online here at www.simpleforum.net for testing purposes. Read more about it in this topic on the forum. Also the SimpleForum Pro Admin Simulation, where you can get a look at the administration area of SimpleForum Pro, has been updated to reflect the changes made in 4.6.
